Roof Tent Escapes was started off the back of countless trips away in unreliable, slow and costly camper vans. We wanted a way to enjoy the beautiful Scottish Highlands that we are so lucky to have right on our doorstep in the comfort of our own car. However we didn't want the faff of unpacking and pitching a conventional tent every evening. 

So we bought a rooftent and LOVED it! 

And then we thought, 'Why don't more people do this!?' 

And that's how Roof Tent Escapes was born!

We're both Scottish born and bred and are hugely proud of the incredible country we live in. We know we're biased but we think it's one of the most magical places in the world; don't want to take our word for it? Come see for yourself!
